15 Days Birdwatching Safari in Tanzania
Day 1
Arrival at Kilimanjaro on K.L.M, Meet and greet by Sematango tours. Later on
transfer to Marangu Hotel in Moshi for dinner and overnight.
Day 2
Drive to Mkomanzi Game Reserve with picnic lunches, stopping along the way
for birding, arrive at the camp for dinner and overnight
Day 3
We will be birding the whole day and travel to western usambara mountains.
Our accommodation will be the Private Luxurious campsite.
Day 4
Travel from Mkomanzi to Arusha, with picnic lunches stopping along the way
for birding. Arrive at Momela Lodge in Arusha in time for dinner and overnight.
Day 5
Drive to Longido as we enjoy bird watching along the route. On reaching Longido
we check into our luxurious tented campsite. Day 6
Spend the whole day at Longido, Birding.
Day 7
Travel to Tarangire for Birding and Mammals, Our accommodation will be at Tarangire
Lodge.
Day 8.
Spend the whole day in Tarangire National park, birding and Mammals.
Day9
We travel to lake Manyara for birding and game drive in the park, Have lunch
at Manyara Serena and then on the park again.
Day 10
Drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, Have lunch at Gibb's Farm, arriving late in
the evening at the crater, Our accommodation will be at Ngorongoro Serena.
Day 11
We shall spend the whole day in the crater
Day 12
We will drive to Serengeti with picnic Lunches, en route Oldupai Gorge, Game
drive along the way. We will then check in to our Luxurious tented camp for
dinner and overnight.
Day 13
Spend the whole day in game drive and bird watching at the Serengeti National
park
Day 14
Spend second day in game drive and bird watching at the Serengeti National
park
Day 15
Fly to Arusha, Arrive in the late morning. Shopping and check in to Impala
for Lunch and Day rooms. Have early dinner and transfer to the Airport for
a flight back home or a Transfer to Nairobi.
